30-Day Trial Period

All products purchased from emiah.com come with a 30-day trial period guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the following fees:

Return Process

• Return Authorization: Please submit your return request via email to support@emiah.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Arrange Return: Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and arrange for pickup.
• Packaging Requirements: Please use the original packaging and ensure all parts, documents, and components are returned.
• Return Fees: Return fees, based on the pickup location, will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Time Limit: Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement.
• Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact us through the contact page on emiah.com.
• Cancellation Conditions: Orders entering the production process after 24 hours cannot be canceled or changed. If an order cannot be canceled, our return policy will apply.

Exchanges

emiah.com does not directly offer product exchanges. For exchanges, customers should follow our return policy to return the product first. Once the refund is processed, you may place a new order for the product you want. Return fees, based on the product type, will be included in your return authorization.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
