Can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us at info@emiah.com. Please note that our order processing speed is very fast! We recommend contacting us within 12 hours. If you are informed that your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. Once we receive your cancellation request, our customer service team will check the status of your order and inform you via email whether it meets the cancellation criteria. If the order does not meet the cancellation criteria, return shipping fees will be charged according to our return policy at the bottom of our website.
How long does it take to process an order?
We typically process orders within 1 business days. Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I change the shipping method after the order is shipped?
Once the order has been shipped, the shipping method cannot be changed. Please confirm your shipping preferences before placing the order.
Why does my order show as successfully paid, but no payment has been deducted?
If your order shows as successfully paid but no payment has been deducted from your account, it might be due to a delay in the payment processing system. Please allow some time for the transaction to be completed. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team for assistance.
