Warranty Coverage
EMIAH is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Our products come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions from the date of purchase. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser.
What Is Covered
- Material Defects: Failures or damages due to issues with the production materials.
- Workmanship Defects: Failures or damages resulting from manufacturing process issues.
- Normal Use Failures: Failures occurring under conditions of normal use.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage beyond the warranty period.
- Damage caused by abnormal use, including but not limited to accidental drops, liquid damage, or misuse.
- Damage from unauthorized repair or modification.
- Natural disasters, such as earthquakes, fires, or floods, causing damage.
- Damage during shipping, unless shipped by EMIAH.
Claim Process
- Contact Customer Service: Submit a warranty claim to our customer service team via email.
- Provide Necessary Information: Include your name, order number, product model, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
- Proof of Purchase: Submit proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or order screenshot.
- Product Inspection: You may be required to send back the product for inspection, following the instructions from our customer service team.
- Processing and Feedback: We will complete the inspection within two business days of receiving the product and will repair, replace, or refund eligible warranty claims.
Damage During Shipping
Customers who receive a damaged product must report it to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@emiah.com, including a detailed description and photos of the damage. We will be responsible for replacing or refunding the product and will cover related shipping costs as applicable.
Limitation of Liability
emiah shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if emiah has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

emiah reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty and Damage Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be posted on our official website and become effective on the date of posting.
